    I bought the Essential Oil Survival Kit and wanted to try it out to see if it would work. One of the first things I tried was Lavender for allergies.

    Two weeks before I received the kit I had bad allergies like I had never before experienced. I was taking a 24 hour claritin once each day and another OTC allergy medecine every 4-6 hours that made me drowsy. I felt terrible and was drying out as well as feeling "off". I tried Lavender by placing a drop on my tongue, waiting a bit, then swallowing it. My allergy symptoms went away and I was able to breathe clearly and without obstruction.

    I highly recommend the Lavender for allergy relief. I would consider my allergies terrible and the Lavender provided relief when I needed it.
